Welcome to the creative arts center of dallas. Each of the five floors have a large open lounge area and a study lounge. Art as a second language offers drop in family friendly programming for people of all ages at locations such as the dallas parks recreation center klyde warren park and northpark center. Founded by octavio medellin in 1966 cac has been dallas premier spot for community based visual arts education for over 50 years. In addition to offerings by its own outstanding teaching staff the creative arts center sponsors the best cape cod workshops by nationally k. 1st floor plaza level. It has both traditional style rooms and suite style rooms in singles doubles or triples all air conditioned.
